First time Cubby’s has been available to buy at a Festival. Very fitting as Luss was the birthplace of Cubby’s acclaimed Midge Salve. I created this deet-free Summer essential after my youngest’s (Angel Cubby) first camping trip in lovely Luss, by the Bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
Wanted something natural, something gentle and effective. Safe while breastfeeding without harm to ourselves and the environment. Easy use. Apply to pulse points. Apply to existing bites and stings. *Nut allergies beware as blended with sweet almond oil.
Fast forward 5 years. Cubby’s Midge Salve is working it’s magic here in Scotland & further afield. Favourite among Anglers, Climbers, Gardeners, Travellers, Dookers, Football Coaches, Golfers and Wild Swimmers. Fishermen share how they rub a wee bit of their Cubby’s Midge Salve onto a rag and hang from their bivvies. Keeping flies, wasps, horseflies, midges at bay.
